These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User", "you") and qk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your access to and use of the qk33 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services. 1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Single Account Policy
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on qk33. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance therein forfeited without notice.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of qk33 services, Users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. qk33 reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point in the account lifecycle.
Accurate Information
Users must provide their real full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qk33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC Verification
qk33 may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. KYC may involve submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. KYC is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement and is not optional for withdrawal-eligible accounts.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on qk33 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related movements — are subject to the terms set out in this section. qk33 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and uses the ৳ symbol throughout the platform. The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on qk33 is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability. Deposits are credited to the User's qk33 balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. qk33 does not charge deposit fees on standard accounts; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 2 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended in cases of high transaction volume or additional security checks. qk33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity and anti-fraud verification.
Payment Method Matching
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where qk33 support authorises an alternative in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of User funds. qk33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the User's name.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
qk33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming a bonus, the User agrees to all applicable bonus terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by qk33 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each offer are displayed on the relevant promotion page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
Exploiting bonuses through collusion, duplicate accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of abuse is strictly prohibited. qk33 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at qk33's sole discretion, and the User waives any right to dispute such determinations through external channels.
Free Spins
Free spins issued as part of a promotion or welcome offer are valid only on the game or games specified at the time of the offer. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements. Free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant offer terms. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to any other promotional balance.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must use qk33 exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.
Fraudulent Activity
Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks after withdrawing funds, submitting fraudulent identity documents, or any other attempt to defraud qk33 or other Users constitutes fraudulent activity. qk33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud. Any funds obtained through fraudulent means will be recovered and the responsible account permanently closed.
Match Fixing and Manipulation
Placing wagers based on insider knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting events, colluding with other parties to guarantee outcomes, or exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage are all prohibited. qk33 monitors betting patterns for irregularities and reserves the right to void any wager placed in contravention of this clause.
Underage Use
Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your qk33 account, or registering on behalf of an underage individual, is a serious breach of these Terms and applicable law. qk33 actively pursues all available legal remedies against parties responsible for underage gambling on the platform.
6. Responsible Gaming
qk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Users from within the account settings dashboard.
Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until the cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, 30 days for monthly limits) has elapsed. Users may also apply a self-exclusion to their account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to the User.

It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of qk33 following any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. Where a translated version is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between versions. All formal communications between Users and qk33 relating to account matters, disputes, or legal notices shall be conducted in English.
